I would like to see more food waste source separation from yard cuttings. Yard cuttings have little renewable energy value; however, food waste can be codigested for renewable energy. Keep plant debris for composting and food scraps for green energy.

CVSan is proposing a new 10-year contract. If the rates are increased, then the process has to comply with Proposition 218. Under Proposition 218 no multi-year increase can exceed 5 years, thereby limiting your request to 5 years. Thanks.

Yes, I completely agree with your wording because they have a bitter truth. However, if these things will be managed so no one will sleep with hungry stomach. So I really like the ukessay and would like to thank “Colin Moy” for presenting this great article.
